Roosevelt Elivert Insurance Agency in Glen Burnie, MD, is looking for a goal-oriented, self-motivated person with a desire to grow to help us sell our amazing insurance products and services as a Full-Time Insurance Sales Representative. We have two locations with a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment to ensure you have all of the tools you need to be successful. There is never a dull moment in the office, and we pride ourselves on our excellent, inclusive culture. We participate in team outings, Christmas parties, and we've even taken a trip together to Vegas! This is the perfect opportunity to learn about the insurance industry and to enter a field that is constantly growing and evolving. We will even help you to get your insurance license!If you're looking for the chance to break into the insurance industry and grow your knowledge, this is it.
Candidates will receive a base salary of $40,000 / year with the opportunity to earn an additional $10,000-$20,000 in commissions, year end base salary commission range is $50,000-$70,000.

Responsibilities
- Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to develop insurance quotes.
- Utilize warm leads to meet sales goals.
- With your excellent relationship-building talents, you’ll be building rapport with clients and have the opportunity to go out and market to businesses.
- You'll be overcoming objections to maintain client retention and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be able to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills including professional phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport.
- A team player who is self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Must be able to acquire Property Casualty Insurance License
