- Customer Service Associate
- Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
- Punctual, dependable, and leadership skills
- Cashier experience preferred
- Job Description
- Main responsibilities include:
- Answers questions for the public
- Greeting public entering the pool facility
- Taking money and giving change in a quick and efficient manner
- Balancing money and depositing
- Answering phone calls
- Pool rental payments
- Pool passes
- Selling merchandise
- Reports to the CSA Supervisor
- CSA Supervisor and CSA’s are the only ones allowed to operate cash register in all circumstances
- Is in charge of the facility when the CSA Supervisor is absent and the manager is busy or not at work
- Make sure lifeguards are working
- Settle any complaints/arguments/misbehavior that the lifeguards cannot handle
- Enforces rules and proper safety standards for all individuals within the pool facility
- Help clean facility when needed
- Will be required to attend monthly in-services
- Perform other related duties as required
- Main responsibilities include:

- Monday through Saturday, including holidays
- 5 to 6 days a week
- 4 to 5 hour shifts anywhere between 4:45am-10:30pm
- 15-25 hours per week
- Salary
- $11.07 per hour
- This is currently listed as seasonal, but we may have a need for this to become year round part time.
