Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Assessing patient health needs and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring patient vital signs and responses to treatment
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and implement comprehensive care plans
• Providing education and support to residents and their families
• Documenting patient care accurately and timely in electronic medical records
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• RN license in NJ
• LTC/SNF experience
