Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of our company. Duties:
- Maintain and balance general ledger accounts
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial records
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings
- Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper

- Experience with Quickbooks Desktop
