Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven outside sales person to join our team. As a outside sales person , you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients as well as company provided leads. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong home improvement/ in home sales background.

Duties:
- Identify and target potential clients in the market, both B2B and B2C
- Develop and execute effective business development strategies to generate leads and close sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management

Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in home improvements or in home sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred

THIS IS A commission only job with performance bonuses , as well as, profit sharing. For the right person we will consider a 90 day weekly draw till up and running. Management opportunity for right person.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
