JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Remodeling Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, specializing in roofing, gutters, windows, and roof repairs. This entry-level position is ideal for those passionate about the roofing industry, ready to climb new heights (literally!) and eager to grow their career in a dynamic environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must be ok with heights and climbing roofs.
- Generate leads through personal marketing and collaboration with our marketing team.
- Conduct thorough inspections of roofs, gutters, and windows, accurately assessing damages.
- Assist customers in material selection, ensuring informed decisions for their roofing projects.
- Manage payment collection and conduct post-project walk-arounds to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track customer interactions, progress, and follow-ups.
- Complete mandatory training and continuing education to stay updated on industry trends.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in roofing preferred.
- Experience in the roofing industry, with a strong understanding of systems, materials, and processes. (Preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and teams.
- Proficiency in computer use for reporting and data management.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job site visits.
- Comfortable with heights and physically capable of climbing steep roofs.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Mandatory 2-week classroom training, including assessments in industry-related programs.
- Quarterly continuing education credits required for constant learning and growth.
