Role Overview:

The Product Assistant at Ronbow Corporation plays a crucial role in supporting the Product Manager in various administrative tasks related to product development. This position is instrumental in assisting with coordinating meetings, managing schedules, organizing files, and other administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the product development process.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities of the Product Assistant at Ronbow Corporation:

● Assist the Product Manager in coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and organizing files.

● Provide administrative support to the product development team as needed.

● Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.

● Help maintain product development timelines and schedules.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects.

● Proficient in using Adobe InDesign software to assist in creating product specifications.

● Perform other duties as assigned by the Product Manager.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design, or any related field.

● 0-3 years of professional experience in interior design, industrial design, or a related field.

● A background in the cabinet industry is preferred.

● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Suite.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
