As the face of our organization, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for an inviting, professional and warm atmosphere.

Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, managing office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a smooth and efficient day-to-day running of our office.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a multi-faceted role and is passionate about contributing to a cause greater than themselves.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Warmly greet and assist visitors, providing an excellent first impression of our organization.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Oversee office supply inventory, ordering, and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.

Requirements

Qualifications :

  • Experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within a non-profit or community-focused organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • A genuine passion for non-profit work and a commitment to our organizations values and mission.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Requirements

Qualifications : Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a non-profit or community-focused organization.
