Rolling Green Landscape Solutions is Hiring an Accounting Assistant Near Orlando, FL
We are seeking a full-time accounting assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities
· Provide accounting and clerical support to the controller
· Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
· Provide assistance and support to company personnel
· Function in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws
· Assist with monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
· Record and file invoices to verify payments
· Assist with special projects as needed
· Provide customer service and administrative support
Additional Skills & Qualifications
· Experience with financial software and spreadsheets
· Competency in MS Office and QuickBooks
· Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
· Accuracy and attention to detail
· Team player
· Well-organized
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
·Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
