Role Description
We are currently seeking a full-time Insurance Agency Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, assisting them with their insurance needs. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, processing policy changes, providing quotes, and resolving customer concerns. This role is based at our office in Powell, OH.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Knowledge of insurance products and terminology is a plus
- Ohio Insurance License is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in insurance are a plus
