Rolfson Oil is Hiring a Remote Oil and Gas Inside Sales Representative

BENEFITS

  • Pay: up to $75,000/year possible commission (dependent on experience)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Qualified and follows up with sales leads from telemarketing as well as via cold calling
  • Maintains ongoing relationship with customers to ensure consistent orders on an ongoing basis
  • Tracks / reports progress via CRM and other reporting channels to provide required feedback for management
  • Generates a sales pipeline using core sales processes to drive orders in line with quota
  • Functions as a customer advocate within Rolfson Oil to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Processes knowledge of company products and services – able to articulate our value proposition and counter common objections
  • Demonstrates the ability to exercise judgement within defined procedures and practices
  • Generates meetings with potential customers for designated senior sales associate
  • Works under general supervision within defined guidelines as part of a team
  • Requires some judgment or evaluation of a variety of factors, according to established sales process and procedure
  • Prioritized and organizes own work to meet established deadlines and quotas

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Highly reliable, willing to learn and acquire new skills
  • Not afraid of the phone – making 100 calls per day to existing and potential new customers is not uncommon
  • Enjoy talking to people, helping them solve any issues and ensure their satisfaction with ongoing service
  • Exhibit professional, organized communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work with standard software, email, and messaging applications
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Oil and gas sales history preferred – able to prospect, pitch, close, and maintain sales to customers
