Rolfson Oil is Hiring a Human Resources On-Boarding Specialists Near Odessa, TX
- Pay: $60,000
- Monday thru Friday
- Location – West Odessa off I-20
- Medical, Dental, and Vision health insurance elections
- 401K with company match up to 4%
- Basic Life Insurance, Long Term Disability Insurance, and AD&D Insurance offered at no cost
- Weekly Pay
- On-boarding of new hires
- Coordinating drug testing
- Adding training cards, and other qualifying documents
- I-9 documentation
- Schedule off site safety training
- Track and submit training hours
- Inventory, Ordering and Issuing PPE
- Updating safety and DOT tracking spreadsheets
- Other duties and projects as assigned
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be detailed-oriented
- Strength in professionalism and customer service
- Ability to work with minimal mistakes in fast paced environment
- Must be able to type and use Microsoft Office
- Pass drug test and criminal background check
- 1-3 years of prior office experience preferred
- Previous Human Resources experience a plus
