Join our dynamic team as a School-Based Behavioral Health Clinician, providing essential mental health services and support within a school-based setting. Some responsibilities for this role would consist of collaborating with patients, families, and care teams to develop feasible care plans within individual resources, and making referrals as needed. Maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with OAR standards, ensuring optimum patient care. This position will be an FTE of .79. This position works full-time hours during the school year only with two weeks off at Christmas and eight weeks off during summer vacation.
Education: Graduate degree in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology.
Licensure: Current Oregon license as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Qualified Mental Health Professional (LPC, LPC Associate, LCSW, CSWA, LMFT, MFT Associate)
Experience: Two years experience working with children/adolescents in a behavioral/mental health setting.
Oregon is an employment-at-will state and Rogue Community Health (RCH) has a 90-day probationary period for all newly hired team members.
A criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen are required once a conditional offer is accepted.
