HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER- TEMPORARY POSITION
Starting at $27.00/ hour
Summary of Primary Responsibilities
1. Develop solutions, programs and policies alongside Executive Management.
2. Documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory trainings and certifications.
3. Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
4. Administers and executes HR programs both in English and Spanish.
5. Maintain confidentiality within all aspects of Human Resources; this includes employee data, medical information, personnel files, wages and benefits and information relating to employee and management issues.
6. Other related duties as assigned; provide assistance to other employees as needed.
7. Communicate in a professional manner at all times with co-workers, Supervisors, Vendors and Customers.
Expected Hours of Work
This is an hourly temp position. Standard onsite hours of work are Monday through Friday 7:30AM to 4:00PM, minus a 30-minute midday break. Hours may be flexible.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to have prolonged periods sitting at a desk, working on a computer and walking, standing or bending while on the manufacturing floor. The employee must occasionally lift items up to 20 pounds.
