Rogers Group is currently seeking a Accounting Support for our East Tennessee Market Area, which is based in Knoxville, TN. This position will report to the Accounting Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, intuitive problem-solving skills and the drive to meet our evolving organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Running Accounts Payable Duties
• Ability to work across multiple product lines to ensure accuracy of GL coding
• Experience with auditing invoices against a web-based platform to ensure accuracy of invoice received
• Correspondence with vendors and suppliers, when needed
• Assist with organization and vendor setups
• Assist others with expense report processing
• Support field operations with tasks, as needed
• Perform other tasks when asked upon discretion of management

Qualifications:

• Degree preferred
• Minimum of five years relevant work experience
• Effective communication skills: written and inter-personal
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office suites (especially Excel)
• Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
• Effective organizational skills to manage a dynamic workload
