*Preferably some hotel/motel experience but we are willing to train the right person
*DEPENDABLE and RELIABLE
*Weekends and Holidays a MUST
*Must have EXCELLENT Customer Service
*Manages and resolves guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner
*Must be flexible with Schedule
*Must be available to train immediately
*Cash and credit card handling experience a plus
*Excellent Communication/ Listening Skills/ De-escalation skills
*Detail Oriented and work well under pressure and remain calm
*Must know to follow hotel policies & procedures
* Passion for guest service
