RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform basic and routine accounting functions
  • Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable processes; reconcile and prepare daily cash deposit, credit card deposit, update receivable ledger
  • Research and process bad checks for collection
  • Maintain sales tax exempt information
  • Post accounts payable invoices
  • Issue Purchase Orders to vendors as necessary
  • Research and answer all receivable and vendor inquiries
  • Submitting all warranties and aftermarkets. Handle all warranty and aftermarket cancellations
  • Assist in processing car deals. Process contracts and related vehicle sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Process Dealer Trades
  • Collect vehicle receivables
  • Inventory management/stocking in vehicles.

QUALIFICATIONS: Automotive dealership experience is a plus. Experience as an Accounts Receivable/Payable clerk is a plus. Positive attitude and very outgoing personality. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Ability to multitask. Experience overall is not necessary, we are willing to train and grow the right person. Must have a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
