Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product information and demonstrate features through product demos - Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organizing merchandise - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business - Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor Skills: - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in jewelry sales or electronics sales is a plus - Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Ability to perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences is desirable - Organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure merchandise is properly displayed - Proven ability to sell products and meet or exceed sales targets - Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience If you are enthusiastic about sales, have a passion for providing excellent customer service, and possess the skills mentioned above, we would love to hear from you.
