Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Duties:
- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate and manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and track key milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines
- Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates, address issues, and make decisions
- Utilize project management methodologies such as Waterfall or Kanban to drive project execution
- Collaborate with data analysts to gather and analyze project data for informed decision-making
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and performance evaluations
- Utilize project management tools such as Trello or SharePoint to track project tasks and documentation
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks
- Monitor project budget and expenses, implementing cost control measures as needed
Requirements:
- Bilingual: Fluent Spanish and English, spoken and written
- Blueprint reading experience
- Takeoff software knowalage, Onsite Takeoff
- Experience in construction, knowledge of construction terms, units and measurements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in SAS or other data analysis software
- Excellent vendor management skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Workday or other HR systems is a plus
