About The ClientOur Client is a global leader in the manufacturing of high-quality wood and laminate lockers. Renowned for their cutting-edge designs, finish options, and advanced manufacturing processes, they are in search of a detail-oriented, organized Account Manager. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing corporate account relationships within their rapidly growing Sales Department.
Roles/Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain corporate account relationships, ensuring high levels of customer service and attention to detail.
  • Understand and cater to the complex needs of enterprise clients.
  • Strategize with the sales team to maximize new customer revenue opportunities in the Workspace vertical.
  • Act as the main point of contact from customer introduction through project completion.
  • Generate and follow up on sales quotes accurately and promptly.
  • Present new products and solutions to key accounts.
  • Resolve customer requests and issues proactively.
  • Prepare and present tailored sales proposals.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Assist Architects/Designers in specifying products.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Manage and implement project changes and track project progress.
Qualifications
  • College degree required.
  • Experience in sales and/or project management.
  • Preferred experience in furniture sales/account management.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of success and confidence.
  • Team-oriented with strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in time management and organization.
  • Experience with SalesForce preferred.
  • Knowledge in blueprints, locker construction, and installation processes is a plus.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
