Our Product Management team is looking for talented professionals early in their career who want to transition to a product role. A day in the life

• Under the direction and support of a Senior Director of Product Management, you will assist in various key areas to enhance our product offerings and strategies. 
• Your typical day will include:
• Data Preparation and Analysis for AI Models:
• Clean, organize, and prepare data sets for AI and machine learning models.
• Work with engineers to ensure data accuracy and usability.
• Market Research and product analytics:
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
• Analyze data from various sources to draw insights about product performance and customer behavior.
• Engaging Stakeholders:
• Participate in pre-launch testing of new products or features, logging feedback and identifying any bugs for resolution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure a cohesive product strategy.
• Assisting in Roadmap Development:
• Help in the development and maintenance of the Product Roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the company’s vision and market demands.
• Prepare and present reports and analyses to inform roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate with the product team to translate insights into actionable strategies for product improvement and innovation.

• A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/R).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• An ownership mentality, taking responsibility for projects and results.
• The capacity to engage in respectful debate and make “win-win” decisions.
• A strong bias for action, demonstrating initiative and drive.
