Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a genuine care for the customer by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
• On the phone, you’ll use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options. This is where your drive and passion for helping people will really shine.
• Uphold strong customer service and selling behaviors to overcome objections and drive customer retention.
• Build valuable relationships through understanding their key preferences and requirements.
• Represent the brand with the utmost integrity
• Maintain a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Be a service offering expert to best support our current or future members
• Availability to work a schedule between 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday through Friday, so you can be there when our customers need us.

Qualifications:

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Confidence in public speaking
• Love for trying something new
• Problem-solving orientation, self-disciplined and honest approach·
• Must be self-driven, highly motivated with a high energy, winning attitude·
• Ability to demonstrate discretion, good judgment, tactfulness, and diplomacy
• Lastly- A positive attitude with a strong desire to further the goals of the department and company will be noticed quickly!!
