Now Hiring For The Following Positions:

Member Sales Associates-

• Present a positive, friendly image to the public, and warmly greet all customers.
• Educate customers on the benefits of each wash plan, while building enthusiasm and inspiring them to become members.
• Influence and create sales best practices to positively impact membership numbers.

Member Support Specialist-

• Be a happiness engineer, attracting customers and drawing them to the car wash
• Prep vehicles before they enter the wash tunnel, attending to hard to clean areas

Position Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Work as a member of a team in an environment where collaboration and a positive attitude are keys to driving success.
• Self-motivated. Comfortable approaching customers and building relationships.
• Maintain a clean and organized location. Complete necessary side-work and housekeeping items.
• Maintain cash handling and register procedures for sales transactions.
• Stand, walk, or sit for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
• Mobility to work in areas that require kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Be available to work various shifts and holidays, based on the needs of the business.
• Must be at least 16 years old; students are welcome and encouraged to apply!

Pay Rates Vary with Experience and Position: $14.50-$17/hr based upon work experience. Sales positions are hourly positions with competitive UNCAPPED commission opportunities!
