Job Summary
As Legal Counsel for Rocket Central, you'll work as part of the Rocket Central Procurement (Contracts) team on matters involving many types of vendor contract reviews, including non-disclosure agreements, marketing agreements, technology agreements, human resource agreements and data license agreements.
Responsibilities
- Draft, redline and negotiate vendor commercial contracts
- Research and advise on policies, procedures, statutes and regulations
- Assist with vendor issues as they arise post-contract execution, including analyses and the drafting of termination letters
- Assist with the administration of contracts, including storage and renewal of contracts
