The Association is headquartered in the historic college town of Lexington, Virginia, and serves 100 members.Qualified candidates will have the following:Strong communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to leverage relationships to increase RHR’s visibility in the community.Excellent collaborative and solid decision-making skills that will inspire members to embrace RHR’s vision and strategic goals.Adaptability to changing trends and communicating those to members is essential to stay on top of the business.Knowledge of association/organizational administration, operations, financial management, strategic planning, member relations, and growth preferred.Some college or the equivalent of experience preferred.
