As an Event Sales Coordinator, you will be instrumental in creating and executing exceptional events from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, providing tailored event solutions and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique event needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Source and manage inbound sales opportunities, working closely with Event Sales Managers and internal teams.
  • Develop customized event proposals and contracts, paying meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to execute events flawlessly, from planning to on-site management.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and event details, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough post-event follow-ups to gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction, striving for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative and cutting-edge event experiences.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in event planning, sales, or hospitality, with a minimum of 1 year preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software, with a keen eye for technology-driven solutions.
  • Physical and mental agility, enabling you to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with the flexibility to travel locally as needed.
  • A positive attitude, ambition, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and create raving fans among clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
