Automotive BDC Manager

• 
  Hire, train, manage, and assist BDC Sales & Service staff in our fast-paced call center environment
• Train and assist Sales staff to respond to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
• Train Sales staff to identify customer’s needs, present product information, and schedule several appointments per day for customers to meet with our dealership's sales team.
• Mentor Sales staff to help them grow their book of business and coach them on proven sales tactics
• Maximize sales and profitability to agreed levels of performance
• Hire, train and assist Service staff in scheduling service appointments and rescheduling missed appointments

• Contribute to high CSI scores

• 
  BDC Manager experience is preferred
• Goal driven and self-motivated to succeed

• Excellent managerial and leadership experience
• A team builder with a strong work ethic

• Excellent customer service, computer, and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm, positive, 'can-do' attitude.
