SUMMARY

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and reliable service to clients, patients, co-workers and other people who contact the DrugScan Customer Service Department via telephone, email or other media.

STATUS: Full-time

LOCATION: Remote; Spokane, WA

DEPARTMENT: Customer Service

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday; 8:30AM-5:00PM

ATTRIBUTES

• High School Diploma or equivalency required
• Previous Customer Service Experience preferred
• Previous healthcare/laboratory experience preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer Support Answer incoming calls from clients and resolve or redirect calls from clients to exceed service level. Follow up on specimen issues and collect the information required to process the testing. Generate, print and fax reports to clients daily as required. Assist clients with use of the DrugScan client web portal. Resolve Customer issues as needed or direct them appropriately.
• Documentation & Technical Proficiency Log all incoming calls to Customer Service documenting the requiredinformation accurately. Setup all new accounts and maintain any additions or updates. Create and track sales and client supply orders. Be a resource for Sales staff. Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor/management.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
