Rochambeau is a well known French restaurant located in the Back Bay. We are currently hiring for the position of bar back. As a bar back you will assist in creating memorable guest experiences. You will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each other's success in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do:
- Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
- Ensure that the bar is clean and well stocked at all times
- Assist in the set up and break down of the bar and lounge
- Provide friendly and attentive service
- Handle guests' complaints by listening to their concerns, always informing the bartenders or managers to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
