Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Duties: - Supervise and train staff members, ensuring they provide excellent customer service - Assist with inventory control, including ordering and receiving supplies - Monitor food safety practices to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to recipes and quality standards - Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies for business growth - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner - Assist with scheduling staff shifts and managing labor costs - Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment - Support the General Manager in various administrative tasks Requirements: - Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality is required - Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory control procedures - Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team - Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Proficient in kitchen management techniques, including recipe adherence and quality control - Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed We offer competitive pay rates based on experience.
