Qualifications
Must have P & C License for the State of TN Department of Insurance to discuss and/or sell insurance in states where the agency functions.
1 years of Personal Lines experience (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
Ability to use personal computer, calculator, agency automation system, and proficiency in various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel. In our office we use Vertafore products: AMS360, ImageRight, PL Rater, etc.
Summary of the role: Assists in the production of new personal lines accounts and the retention of existing accounts. Provides prompt, efficient, high-quality service to designated accounts in support of Producer activities. Our Account Managers handle new business, renewals,/rewrites, cancellations, some billing, endorsements - basically the accounts start to finish.
Reports to the Operations Manager, Dee Rosado. Dee has 20 years of experience in the operational and management fields. In our office she is responsible for HR, Marketing, Technology, Event Planning, Licensing, Culture, and more. She prides herself on not micro-managing but staying in touch with her employees through open communication, availability in-office 4 days a week, monthly 1:1's, and involves herself in both Commercial Lines and Personal Lines project management.
