Hybrid Role.To apply to this role, please send your resume to John Sadofsky at john.sadofsky@roberthalf.c0mDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Prepares tax workpapers• Prepares tax returns for partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations, and other entities• Prepares various tax forms as needed• Prepares federal and state projections• Prepares extensions• Calculates estimated tax payments• Responds to state/local, federal, and international tax authorities to resolve tax issues.• Assists with tax audits• Maintains current knowledge regarding changing tax laws and can research as appropriate• Performs other duties as assigned• Ability to understand differences between GAAP and tax income• Maintains tax ledger to ensure accurate tax trial balances
