Your responsibilities will include:Mapping Processes: Thoroughly map processes from the existing system to the new ERP system, ensuring a seamless transition.Process Documentation: Document current processes for all activities and collaborate with the technical team to configure the new system accordingly.Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with teams at all levels across the organization to scope out system activities, reports, transactions, and other relevant aspects.Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with stakeholders and the technical team to identify and resolve issues related to system setup.Financial Transaction Mapping: Ensure accurate mapping of financial transactions from the old system to the new, guaranteeing data integrity throughout the migration process.Business Requirements: Collaborate with leadership to understand and address business requirements, ensuring alignment with the new ERP system.User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Provide support for user acceptance testing, ensuring end-users are equipped and confident in utilizing the new system.Data Preparation: Work with senior leadership to prepare financial and master data for a smooth conversion to the new ERP system.
