We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Accountant to join a dynamic real estate development company!As a Project Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of various development projects, ensuring that budgets are adhered to and financial reports are accurate and timely. You will work closely with project managers and other team members to manage project costs, develop financial forecasts, and provide strategic insights to help ensure the success of our projects.Key Responsibilities:• Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are within budget constraints• Prepare and analyze financial reports for project stakeholders• Work with project managers to develop financial forecasts and cash flow projections• Monitor project costs, including tracking actual vs. budgeted costs• Review and approve project invoices and ensure that all payments are made in a timely manner• Develop and maintain project accounting policies and procedures• Prepare and review project financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements• Liaise with external auditors and provide support during auditsQualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field• 3 years of experience in project accounting, preferably in real estate development• Knowledge of real estate development accounting and cost accounting principles• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously• Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsOur client offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and a dynamic and exciting work environment.
