We are partnering with a large manufacturing organization in Green Bay, WI that is dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive efficiency and innovation. This Direct Hire opportunity is 100% on-site in Green Bay, working within a collaborative and thoughtful team environment.
Position Overview:
As a Senior Windows Systems Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Windows infrastructure to support seamless operations across the organization. With expertise in Office 365, SCCM and Intune, and imaging solutions, you'll lead the implementation and maintenance of critical systems, while also providing escalated user support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain Windows-based systems, including servers, workstations, and related infrastructure components.
• Manage Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Utilize SCCM and Intune for software deployment, patch management, and device configuration, automating processes to streamline operations.
• Develop and maintain imaging solutions for rapid provisioning and deployment of desktops and laptops.
• Provide escalated user support, troubleshooting complex issues and implementing solutions to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact and relevance to our environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 7 years of experience in Windows systems administration, with expertise in Office 365, SCCM, and Intune.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and support complex Windows-based infrastructure solutions.
• Hands-on experience with imaging technologies, such as Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) or similar tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
