Responsibilities:

• Lead in prioritizing day-to-day operational support, design, analysis and security efforts of technology

infrastructure and windows platform.

• Design, deploy, and manage Windows and some Linux-based systems and applications in both physical data center

and cloud (AWS) environments.

• Architect, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hybrid cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and

scalability.

• Manage and test Disaster Recovery process and continue to make improvements in business continuity.

• Manage LAN\WAN connectivity to all location(s) and be comfortable with SDWAN setup.

• Maintain, monitor, and test backup solutions and high availability designs for business continuity.

• Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell or Python) and configuration management

tools.

• Monitor system health, identify issues, and proactively implement solutions to mitigate risks and prevent

downtime.

• Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and resource optimization for Windows infrastructure.

• Contribute to creation of runbooks, work instructions and standard operating procedures.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering skill development within the team.

• Lead team with Patching and applying security patches to all desktops and servers and appliance(s)

• Participate in an on-call rotation for production support.
