Robert Half is excited to announce a Sr Database Marketing Manager Opportunity with one of our biggest clients in the Financial Services industry:We are seeking a talented Sr Database Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our enterprise Global Digital Solutions center of excellence.Role Summary:As the Sr Database Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development, execution, and analysis of cross-channel marketing campaigns and personalized client experiences. Leveraging your expertise in marketing technology applications such as Adobe Campaign and the Adobe Experience Cloud, you will collaborate with global business unit marketing and client experience teams to drive impactful campaigns across multiple channels. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid setting in Owings Mills or remotely.Responsibilities:Collaborate with internal business unit partners to define customer journeys and campaign requirements, translating them into technical specifications for campaign management software.Design, build, test, and execute campaign workflows across various channels, ensuring high accuracy and quality that meet project timelines.Utilize advanced database marketing techniques to analyze first- and third-party data for audience targeting, segmentation, and predictive analytics to support marketing campaigns.Analyze campaign results using analytical tools to measure key performance indicators and create marketing dashboards for performance monitoring.Support the development of new digital marketing capabilities and business adoption, including trigger-based marketing and personalization.Consult with internal stakeholders across different regions, providing expertise on database marketing principles and best practices.
