Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements following US GAAP standards.
• Manage journal entries including recurring, accrual, and intercompany entries.
• Conduct detailed reconciliations of balance sheet & income statement accounts.
• Provide thorough analysis and explanations for any variances.
• Maintain fixed assets accounts.
• Review inventory reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support external reporting, audits, and tax requests with necessary documentation.
• Utilize internal ERP systems for timely and accurate data reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
• Contribute to ad-hoc reporting and projects as needed.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2-4 years of hands-on accounting lead experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
