Growing company in Horsham PA is seeking a Senior Accountant for a possible temporary to hire engagement. This position is 100% on site and will start immediately. The hours for this position are 8am - 5pm with some flexibility. In this role you will• Manage all accounting operations including, payroll, billing, A/R, A/P, GL, and job costing.• Oversee payroll processing for 8 employees • Administer/manage 401K plans weekly payroll contributions, company matching and compliance to by-laws • Commercial Banking • Presenting monthly reports to Ownership/CFO and Management that includes the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss for all lines of business• Perform monthly financial reconciliations • Budgets: yearly forecast, quarterly reporting to plan, CAPX • Work with outside CPA firm and consultants for all applicable filings and audits • Monthly tax filings for all states where the business is registered and conducted • Maintain Certificate of Insurance (COI) with CarriersStrong QuickBooks Enterprise and Intermediate Excel skills are required for this role.
