Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor IT staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Oversee daily operations of the IT department, ensuring timely and efficient support for all users.
- Manage IT budgets, including forecasting, procurement, and cost management.
- Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategies with business goals.
- Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Oversee the management of servers, networks, and communication systems.
- Ensure regular maintenance, updates, and backups of all IT systems.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization's data and systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
- Monitor and respond to IT support requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Candidate should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in the IT sector.
- Proficiency in ITIL Processes and IT Operations is essential.
- Experience in Service Desk Management is required.
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is required; a master's degree or relevant certifications would be a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
