Summary: The General Manager of Industrial Thermal Management (ITM) manages the largest Business Unit within Alkegen with the objective of expanding the business, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability through value-added, innovative sales and marketing activities within budgetary and resource constraints. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide direction, support, and vision across our matrix organization, ensuring the achievement of objectives for our customers, employees, and the company. You will oversee the financial outcomes of ITM, managing your operating cadence which includes monthly business reviews, financial forecasting, approval of key account pursuits, risk management reviews, and operations leadership to ensure key performance indicators such as productivity, customer feedback data, and successful pricing strategies are consistently met. This role is a key member of the ISC leadership team. Responsibilities: Strategic Development: Lead a skilled, engaged, and high-performing team, ensuring clear objectives, accountability, and team member retention with a focus on career development. Develop and implement strategies in order to ensure achievement of the ITM strategic goals and financial targets. Define specific market strategy for ITM and closely monitor the market evolution as well as the results and the market share of major competitors. Develop, present, and execute short-term and long-term business plans designed to ensure the growth of the business, market share and profitability. Commercial Execution: Maintain customer satisfaction at targeted levels and promptly address and resolve customer issues. Review the organizational structure and make changes where necessary to ensure that product offerings are responsive to market-specific and worldwide product requirements. Source, analyze, and integrate data to translate into meaningful insights that inform business decision making, enable a strategic direction development, drive organization action, build competencies and business growth. Own the product roadmap and development opportunities, providing prioritized guidance to the development organization. Define, execute, and manage pricing strategy, P&L, and manufacturing footprint for product portfolio, including compilation of competitive price points to manage future price erosion. Responsible for product line transactional activities through daily collaboration with sales, engineering, and the manufacturing facilities. Leadership: Take ownership of financial performance for ITM. Implement logical and transparent processes in order to allow for efficient and effective use of manpower and financial resources to improve effectiveness and efficiency of internal processes. Foster collaboration among team members and between teams. Develop a strong management team approach to problem solving, issue resolution, business strategy/planning, market opportunities, and human resource evaluation.
