Job Description:As a Senior IT Auditor, you will play a crucial role in assessing and ensuring the effectiveness of our information technology controls, risk management processes, and compliance with industry standards. This is a remote position, allowing for flexibility and collaboration in a virtual environment.Key Responsibilities:1. SOC1 and SOC2 Audits: Conduct thorough audits to assess compliance with SOC1 and SOC2 standards, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our systems and data.2. ISO 27001/1 Compliance: Evaluate and enhance our information security management system in accordance with ISO 27001/1 standards. Implement and monitor controls to safeguard information assets.3. Risk Assessment: Perform comprehensive risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential threats to information systems, data, and processes. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.4. Controls Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of existing IT controls and propose improvements to mitigate risks. Ensure that controls are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.5. Compliance Monitoring: Stay abreast of regulatory changes and updates related to IT security and privacy. Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with relevant industry standards.Qualifications and Skills:1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.2. Proven experience in IT auditing, with a focus on SOC1, SOC2, and ISO 27001/1 standards.3. Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and the ability to apply them in practical scenarios.4. Knowledge of industry best practices in IT controls and the ability to evaluate and enhance control frameworks.5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.6. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.7. Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are a plus.
