Robert Half is hiring for a motivated and professional Senior Legal Billing Specialist who is seeking a challenging & dynamic position at one one of our client's corporate firms. Located in Manhattan, NY, this permanent position will provide you the opportunity to manage the following responsibilities:Collaborate with the firms partners to review and add billsUtilize E-billing software to electronically submit billing invoices to clientsEnsure proper coding and accuracy of all client invoices and resolve discrepancies as neededProcess all edits to pre-submitted invoice entriesAssist in the collection of invoices on an as-needed basis with the accounting department Reconcile accounts on a monthly basis Ensure the accurate record keeping of all billing & payment activities Oversee policy implementation and procedures to ensure the E-billing process is as efficient as possibleAssist the Accounting Manager with other reporting measures on an ad-hoc basis
