The Finance Department under the Corporate Division of The New Jewish Home is looking for an experienced Sr. Billing Coordinator who will be assigned in the Westchester location. The address is 845 Palmer Ave, Mamaroneck, NY 10543.
The Sr. Billing Coordinator will be responsible, but not limited to the following:
- Weekly/monthly billing and/or collections.
- Analyze accounts for accuracy once budget letters are received.
- Review aging reports for outstanding balances.
- Notify supervisor of collection issues.
- Refund overpayments as needed.
- Meet with residents/family members as needed.
- Knowledge in Medicaid applications and recertification and how to read a budget letter
- Must have excellent interpersonal and strong collection skills
