Robert Half is seeking an experienced and driven Security Analyst II to join our client's growing IT department. This is a high-impact, hands-on role in a contract-to-hire capacity. The ideal candidate will engage in the analysis, investigation and resolution of security alerts and breaches. The incumbent will also play a vital role in escalating the security hygiene within the organization with a focus on Enterprise Network and Data Center systems.The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of VMware, with which most of our systems operate, and will be comfortable working in a virtualized environment. Windows Server experience is desirable, as nearly all of the systems utilize thgat.The role requires extensive use of M365, and a familiarity with Azure is a plus, as this is an area of anticipated growth for the organization. Proficiency with Cisco integrated firewalls, endpoint protection, and email security is expected, as these are fundamental to ensuring the integrity of our client's systems.The successful candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working independently and eager to expand their knowledge and understanding.
