In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate conversion of paper documents into high-quality digital files for long-term retention. You will ensure the integrity of scanned documents through meticulous quality checks and proper indexing within our workflow systems. Primary Responsibilities:Scanning Documents: You will meticulously prepare and scan physical documents using our high-speed scanners, ensuring proper orientation and following established procedures.Quality Control: You will review scanned documents for clarity, alignment, and completeness. If any issues are found, you will re-scan the affected documents to ensure optimal image quality.Indexing: You will be responsible for accurately indexing scanned images using designated workflow systems, ensuring efficient retrieval and searchability.Organization: You will maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the efficient flow of documents through the scanning process.Adherence to Protocols: You will strictly follow established scanning protocols and data security procedures.
