We are a leading vacuum pump company based in Nashua, NH, seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, office experience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities :

• Receive sales orders from customers or sales staff via phone, email, or fax.
• Set up, enter, and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Process repair orders for select key accounts and execute contracts with guidance or supervision.
• Provide price and delivery quotations to customers.
• Maintain records of sales orders, order status, ship date, availability, and back orders.
• Meet departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Quality objectives.
• Handle requests for credit and return goods authorizations promptly and efficiently.
• Review orders for accuracy in billing, shipping, terms, pricing, part numbers, and descriptions.
• Communicate effectively and positively with both external and internal customers, both verbally and in writing.
• Utilize customer portals to acknowledge orders, submit quotes, or pull purchase orders for order placement.
• Ensure special contract pricing is approved and accurately loaded into the system.
