They undertake quantitative analysis of the company’s sales practices, operational reports, etc. with the objective of achieving sales tactical or long-term goals.RESPONSIBILITES Develop repeatable and scalable reporting and analysis for the Sales department, including executive reporting of sales results, key sales metrics and KPIs, and ad hoc sales reporting needs. Implement and manage reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com ensuring sales executives and sales managers have access to key data required to successfully manage the business. Monitor the accuracy and efficiency of the distribution of sales reports. Recommend revisions to existing reports and assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed. Responsible for accurate processing of commissions Implement individual Sales Plans, coordinating with the Sales team and leadership  Perform market research and competitive analysis
