We are looking for a Revenue Cycle Analyst to add to a thriving company in the Lehigh Valley. The company is looking for someone who has previous experience with Revenue Cycle Analyst. As the Revenue Cycle Analyst, you will be responsible for securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts; resolving discrepancies. An outgoing and skilled candidate will be the perfect fit for this open position.
Generate invoices daily.
Maintain and manage complete invoicing process ensuring timeliness, accuracy and accordance with GAAP and company policies.
Ensure dates are accurate and all completed deliveries are recognized timely for proper revenue recognition.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries in a timely manner and effectively communicate results to customers, including initiating billing corrections as required.
Effectively communicate with Customer Care, Sales Operations and Operations teams throughout the billing process to ensure that information is received in a timely manner.
Deliver invoices to customers via various methods including physical mail, email, and entry into customer portals.
Create new customer accounts in SAP including bill to and ship to accounts.
Prepare and process customer credits and returns including accruing for any open credits pending approval at period end.
Calculate customer group purchasing organization (“GPO”) and distributor rebates, book associated journal entries, submit check requests for payment and produce reports for submission to customer for review.
Prepare and process all accounting associated with the coupon code program, including the revenue recognition and invoicing.
Monitors all distributor contracts, book associated journal entries within the contracted pricing for tracings/channel fees and cash allowances. Reconciles accounts to ensure proper deductions are being taken and prepare quarterly/annual audit schedules.
Reconcile all deferred revenue accounts: responsible for reviewing any balance over one year old. Record and book all entries associated with the coupon code and Walgreen gift card programs. Prepare quarterly/annual audit schedules for all deferred revenue accounts.
Prepare sales revenue graphs and ad hoc reports to management team.
Furnish required data and backup to auditors as required.

RequirementsOrganizational and time management skills are required.
Knowledge of Windows environment, using Microsoft Office Products.
Ability to create and use Spreadsheets is essential.
Experience with SAP accounting software.
Ability to work both with others and independently.
