Robert Half is seeking an experienced QuickBooks Bookkeeper to join our Full-Time Professionals practice group. Our Full-Time Professionals are the Accounting and Finance Loan Staff for Robert Half of central Ohio. This position offers you a great work/life balance, excellent benefits, and considerable career advancement opportunity with exposure to multiple industries and different business processes. Our QuickBooks Bookkeeper will be working as a stand-alone bookkeeper for small businesses or working on specialized projects for larger businesses. Previous success in fast paced and dynamic environments with a "get it done mindset" are a must for this position.
Responsibilities (Responsibilities include but not limited to):
- General ledger management
- Accounts payable processing
- Accounts receivable processing
- Collections
- Journal entries and adjustments
- Some payroll processing
- Heavy reconciliations
- Month-End close
- Audit preparation
- Ad hoc projects
